ReplyDeleteMy favorite dessert definitely depends on my mood, and usually what is in my school apartment kitchen, but I'd have to say that my top ones are either lemon squares or mocha mini-cakes (my own creation, but I don't think it's too tough to figure out the general idea from that title).

Chocolate mousse, hands down! I once ordered it at a restaurant before the meal, that is my devotion. My Mom makes the most amazing whipped cream topped chocolate mousse with a chocolate cake crust for holidays... Heaven!

ReplyDeleteunchu. pronounce ooon-choo. Hands down my favorite dessert of all time. I had it in an outdoor restaurant in india one time, served on banana leaves. It tasted like a little slice of heaven! It used traditional Indian spices with a milky coconut cream and some other ingrediants. the waiter didnt have perfect english so it was hard to understand what was in it. mmmmm :-)... sighhhhhhhhhhhhh. yummmmmmmmmmmmmm
